. He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying EVERYONE BEHIND THE SCENES is EXCITED at the PROGRESS BEING MADE by China and the USA at this point Fri morning 6/5; all things are going through the final patterns of verification;

He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying the DoD security teams report today Fri 6/5 will determine whether Trump will start things as early as tomorrow Sat 6/6 or whether he needs to work with DoD to declare martial law (invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807) to quell any more riots and violence by then to start everything Mon-Tue 6/8-9;

. He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying the current plan (subject to adjustment but with a 6/16 drop-dead date pressure to complete) is that Sun 6/7 at 8pm EDT HSBC HK will update the banks & HSBC North America as to whether there’s a security green light to give instructions to WF, giving them the security codes to disburse the 527,000+ 800# notification emails, so that as that goes forward, everybody would be setting appointments on Mon 6/8 for access and exchanges on Tue 6/9 forward;

. He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying that if all goes as planned over the weekend, on Mon 6/8 the RV teams will be doing security checks for security risks and they will do final audits for liquidity release to all tiers by Tue 6/9;

Right now Fri 6/5 they want all people to be liquid on Tue 6/9, because Chairman Xi and China have laid down the rule at this point that they will start their version of the RV processing everyone globally through T4B starting Tue 6/16 if the USA fails to release full payouts and exchanges starting Mon-Tue 6/8-9 or if that start delays till Mon 6/15; it was agreed between Trump, Xi, and Putin over the last 2 days (Wed-Thu 6/3-4) that Trump and the RV teams here have until midnight Mon 6/15 to start the process, otherwise China will start their version of the RV release on Tue 6/16; so all the RV teams (DoD, UST, White House, State Dept) are moving as fast as possible, trying to get everything synchronized for the global release and for liquidity Mon into Tue 6/8-9, much of this depending on how much is cleaned up, aligned, synchronized, and staged for the release over this weekend (Sat-Sun 6/6-7);

He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying that Trump has already said he will NOT LET THE START OF THE RELEASE LAPSE to China having to start their version of the RV release on Tue 6/16; he is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying that Trump has already told the banks that they will be making people liquid starting next Mon 6/8 into Tue 6/9; SO if Trump and the RV teams ALLOW THE START TO DELAY next week till CLOSER TO Mon 6/15, then China will prepare to do their version of the RV release Tue 6/16 and in that case, he said how to exchange in that scenario will be made clear by then; meanwhile TRUMP IS INSISTING that China will NOT have to start Tue 6/16 and TRUMP IS INSISTING THAT THE GCR/RV release is ON FOR THIS MON INTO TUE 6/8-9.

. So there will be a final release algorithm Sat morning 6/6 at 3am EDT and a final release algorithm Sun midnight 6/7 and then one subsequent to that that locks in all rates and procedures and then banks will be updated as to final procedures to start everyone Mon into Tue 6/8-9;

He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources saying that Trump, Xi, and their teams are entering the final phase for the release NOW; they have had several teleconference call meetings over the last 3 days Tue-Thu 6/2-4; he is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources from HSBC HK and elsewhere that Xi is basically beyond-done and tired of Trump and the American delays due to Deep State cabal interference; they call Trump weak (for not using totalitarian iron-fisted tactics for which the Chinese govt is hated by many Chinese); they like what Trump has done trying to drain the Deep State swamp in DC and moving the RV forward, but they consider him months behind schedule and too soft on American Deep State criminal obstructionists; so CHINA WILL MOVE FORWARD NO MATTER WHAT in the NEXT 11 DAYS to release this, while Trump is INSISTING that THE DEAL HAS BEEN CUT, IT’S A DONE DEAL, and he and the RV teams WILL RELEASE IT NOW THIS WEEKEND into Mon-Tue 6/8-9;

The National Guard deployment reports today Fri 6/5 will be important to determine if Trump and the DoD security teams believe the riots and Antifa agitator violence (as distinct from peaceful protesters) have been sufficiently quelled; the MSM is reporting today Fri 6/5 that protests overnight were mostly peaceful for a third straight night; IF THERE IS A SPIKE IN RIOTING AND AGITATOR LOOTING & VIOLENCE over the NEXT 24-48 HOURS then Trump and DoD may need to invoke a greater level of martial law under the Insurrection Act of 1807 (which Pres.
